The, "oh my god, I woke up 2 minutes after I should have left the house" breakfast, 8:00, 1/4 can coconut milk with blueberries and almond butter + a few bites of chili and a banana.
Lunch, 12:00, leftover chili. With some butter. Mm.
Snack, split an afogado (two shots espresso over vanilla ice cream) from Bluebird.
Dinner, 6:30ish, 2 eggs fried with some carrots, onion, broccoli, garlic. Little smoothie/shake of 1/4 can coconut milk, almond butter, one banana.
(On Tuesday) I went climbing again for the first time in months. And I biked there. And I thought it would be a terrific idea to bike back up Denny Way. And I did it. And there's no reason to ride up Denny except to prove that you can. So I'm done with that. (Every little white dot on the route was a point at which I had to convince Google Maps that I did in fact continue riding up Denny hill, despite the availability of less inclined and more bike friendly routes.)
